The sweater itself is really nice, but the wrong color was delivered. I had ordered the sweater in white. I couldn't figure out why it was delivered in black. I was unable to establish proper contact with the seller. I should have immediately requested a return. But since I don't know if the other color is sold out or if I will receive a full refund of my shopping credit and credited bonus, and whether the received water rewards will be deducted again (this has already happened to me even though I returned damaged goods), I would rather not do that. The sweater is soft and cozy, just a bit dark in black. But without knowing if the white one is still available and the other questions not being clarified, I'd rather keep it. It's warm and just right for a chilly autumn! Conclusion: Quality 👍 👍 👍 , Communication with seller 👎 👎 👎

Much much too big

The shirt is nice but very large. I should have ordered 2 sizes smaller.
